Dear Kenton Ridge Elementary Families,
On behalf of the staff of Kenton Ridge Elementary, I would like to extend you a warm welcome to the KRES Family! Our team has been busy preparing for what will be an exciting year as our two beloved elementary schools, Northridge and Rolling Hills, merge into one cohesive unit and we move into our new state-of-the-art Kenton Ridge Campus!
The merging of our schools represents a significant step forward in our commitment to providing the best possible education and learning environment for all our students. The decision to unite our schools is rooted in the belief that together, we can create a stronger, more vibrant educational community where every child can thrive.
As summer is winding down and fall quickly approaches, we are excited for the return of our students. At Kenton Ridge Elementary, we are committed to maintaining the high standards of education that both Northridge and Rolling Hills were known for. Our dedicated team of educators and staff members will work together to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that empowers each student to reach their full potential.
The merger will create a sense of unity and belonging and open new opportunities for our students. They will have access to expanded resources and a diverse student body that promotes cultural exchange and understanding.
We understand that transitions can be both exciting and challenging. As we embark on this new year, we need you⸺our families⸺to be positive partners with us in this exciting journey of learning and growth. We understand there will be challenges along the way as we get acclimated to our new family. We understand the daily complexities and challenges of our community. We understand because we are you.
